Infusionsoft Integration of addresses

When integrating a JotForm address to Infusionsoft, which address line do we choose?  the JotForm address includes street, city, state, zip, etc. and we can only choose one of those fields in Infusionsoft? Does it actually integrate correctly for anyone and if so, which field are you choosing?

Just pick one of the address components (such as Street1 or City) to your address field and the field value will be broken down properly when it is sent to InfusionSoft.
