How to make respondents register twice for an event?

I want to be able to make a registration form that allows participants to double register for an event. I want the information to appear as two separate entries, not one entry with the double registration information in a separate column. is this possible??

Example: John Smith wants to double register for this car race. I want his information to appear as entry #1 with the information for his first car and then as entry #2 with the information for his second car. I do not want to have to make registrants register twice to be able to achieve this. I want them to be able to only have to go through the registration process one time and then be able to pay for the double entries.

    Thanks

I have created a sample form that is based on my understanding of your requirements.

    https://form.jotform.com/80315549943967

When you submit the form and you selected "First Car" on the "Registration For?" drop-down field, you will be redirected again to the same form so you can register for the second car.

When you select "Second Car", the payment field will show so you can process the payment.

Those were made possible by using conditions.

You can create a clone version of the form in your account so you can inspect it better — How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL
