Created Survey - Changed Questions - Messing up Reporting

    Hello, we have about 26 surveys set-up and the URL for each is on 26 different tablets in our health centers for patients to complete at check-out. We went in to each survey, for the new year, and changed the questions but it is throwing off reporting for surveys completed before this change. Is there a way to get the report from before the surveys were changed so that we can store the results and start anew?

    Yes, you can download the submissions to Excel or CSV. This is basically what we recommend before you make changes to your form since deleting a field would also delete its associated data. So before doing it, backup/download the submissions data of your form first.
