Continue Forms Later?

I see the "Continue Forms Later" button in settings, but the help text is about "Enable or Disable Autofill on Forms." Can you "Continue Forms Later" or is that a bug? Or is the help text a bug? Or am I just missing something?

The "Continue forms later" feature stores what is entered in the form in the browser.  This will only allow for continuing with the previously entered data if the same browser is used and the cookies are not cleared.
