How many sub users account in a plan?

How many subusers can use the form and can multiple users submit information at the same time?

For the free plan, you can have 1 sub-user account,Bronze 3 sub-user account,Silver 10 sub-user account and Gold 100 sub-user Account.

Can multiple users submit information at the same time?

Yes they all can submit form simultaneously. There is no limit and multiple users can simultaneously submit without any problem. We have clusters of servers and capable of handle any spike in users / submissions.
