I cant get into my account

    https://form.jotform.com/brssi_student/event-feedback-form and my user ID is brssi_student. The main issue is I have forgot my password and was trying, however currently this login page is not responding even not showing if my password is correct or not.

    Have you tried using a different Web Browser such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Fire fox?

    You can use the Forgot Password option found in Jotform's login page.

    It will send you the Reset Password instruction on your email

    There are two accounts associated with this email.
    brssi_student and success.brssi

    To reset your password, please try the following:

    - Try resetting the password from the standalone login page https://www.jotform.com/login
    - Try resetting the password after clearing the cache of your browser
    - Try resetting the password using the Private Mode of your browser (Incognito)
