need to cancel and get a refund

I didn't realize I signed up for this service like this.  I was charged almost $200 in January and I was never really able to use the product.

Can you help me please.

To cancel your subscription with JotForm please follow these steps:

1. Login to your Paypal Account
2. Find the latest payment you have made to JotForm
3. Click the subscription number for that transaction
4. Click on the "Cancel Subscription" button.

You will receive a full refund in the next few days.
