Is it possible to edit a pending submission and send user the edit link?

I have a form with a PayPal payment built in.  If a customer submits the form and then does not complete the PayPal payment, the form submission is "in limbo" of sorts.  Is there a way to send them a link that will take them to their completed - but not yet paid - form, for resubmission (and, hopefully, payment)?

You will need to manually complete the submissions in order for the user to be able to edit and resubmit the form.

Note: Submissions ID won't be created (base on my test) until you manually complete the submissions.

Once done, you will receive a notification with the edit submission link at the bottom. You can send this link manually to your customer.

So, just want to make sure of one thing, first.

Being that this form is used to pre-order a product and pre-pay for it, with the submissions going into an Excel-style Google doc, will manually completing the submission add their order to the list, even though they really haven't completed the order process by making payment?

Or will it add their order, but just show blank spaces for the fields usually populated by PayPal?

    Thanks!

If you complete the Incomplete payment the submission will be added to the Google Spreadsheet. Everything that they entered on the form will be added to the Google Spreadsheet, including the product they selected, but Payer Info and Payer Address that are populated on PayPal checkout page will be blank. Example:

You can always get an email address of your user from the Incomplete Payments and contact them via an email and ask them to submit the form again.
