My phone keeps asking me if I want to submit a form that says form is not secure

Please help

This continually occurs.

Did you put your form on a website that is not using HTTPS protocol? Only on that way you may receive that message when you want to submit the form. 

Please let us know, also provide the website URL so we can investigate furthermore.
