I'm not able to change Tax settings.

It will not let me change the tax settings.  I have four other people using this form and it needs to have their tax rates in it.  It has let me put two in and when I add the others it keeps saying there was a problem and that i have to reload the page. It won't save any of the changes i have made.  Also have been trying to change a few item descriptions and add a couple products but it isn't saving those either.

I am sick to death of this form not working and having issues.  I paid for two years trying to get rid of issues of being shut down for asking for card information, even though that was WAY easier for me to do it that way... so I upgraded and PAID for the form that charges the cards automatically, only more than half the time IT DOESN'T WORK!!!
