We have removed the excess content but form is still closed down with quota used up message. Please can you check and refresh this so the form is usable again?

I checked and all form on your account are active. Which form has that message? Please provide us an ID of that form. If the form is embedded, provide us a webpage URL.
I also cleared the form cache on your account.
