Can I import a form into Jotform?

I already have a form created that is a fillable Adobe document. Is it possible to just upload it? I could create this form but b/c of the pictures on it (of the countertops that would need dimensions), I'm not sure how to do it.

Unfortunately it's not possible to import your current form to JotForm, you need to create your form from scratch or you can choose one of the templates offered on our Template Page.
