If a subscription is created we will only be charged if a form is submitted?

If you subscribe for a paid plan, you will be charged on the day you purchased the subscription regardless of form submissions or if people have filled out your form.

When a form is submitted, it will be added to your plan's limits or capacity,depending on the category. You can check your account usage https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/usage to know how many monthly submissions,payments,views or forms your account has.
