Have you changed your pricing or not?

    Have you changed your pricing?

    In January I got an email saying that it was to change on Feb 1; I upgraded to Bronze.

    Today, the pricing page still has the old pricing structure.

    Did I need to change from "Starter" up to "Bronze" or not?

    The structure of Pricing has been changed between plans, not exactly the price. To be more clear the number of payments that can be accepted per JotForm plan has been changed. Please check our Pricing page for more information.
