I wonder if I can integrate a message service SMS confirmation to the customer and / or also the restaurant

Hello Angel. It won't be possible to send an email-to-SMS message within JotForm's basic features. However, most mobile phone service providers provide nowadays an email gateway for SMS services.
Example (US mobile phone services):
Virgin Mobile: email@example.com
Where phonenumber is the recipient's 10-digit phone number
For the restaurant, it's easy to set up a recipient for the email notification since you can manually enter the email address there. Typing in the 10-digit mobile phone number followed by the email address domain name should work fine.
However, this will be quite difficult to achieve for the auto-responder since the form user should know the email address domain name (@domain.com) that he will be using, together with his mobile phone number.
