Form is not submitting properly

    Sir/Madam,

    Our domain is www.aticourses.com.  Our host is GoDaddy.  Up until last night, our registration form https://www.aticourses.com/register_secure.html has been working fine for close to 6 months.  Today our customers are getting an error Form PHP script is missing from web server...  Screenshot is attached.  Nothing has changed on our server.  Please assist at your earliest convenience.

    I have checked your form and posted a test submission and it went through without any issue of missing PHP script.

    Could be a temporary issue of Godaddy.com

    Can you please clear your browser cache and check back again?
