Locked out of my account

    Hi there, I have been locked out of my account and I think it may be due to previously having another account that used the same natanya@hcamindbox.com. That account has long since stopped using that email and this email is now only associated with my “chicohca” account. Can you please whitelist my IP again as I have several forms on there to show my company’s clients and they are unable to view as I am locked out of the account. This is an urgent request can you please get back to me as soon as possible?

    According to our Terms of use you can not require social security numbers in the form. It is highly forbidden to collect sensitive information. That's why your account has been suspended. In order to re-activate your account we need to modify your form and delete that field.
