Questions regarding downgrading

If I downgrade to the free version after creating a form, can I still use it and does the branding get added back on?

Yes, you should still be able to use your form after downgrading to a free version. And yes, the JotForm Branding will reappear, the same as how it used to as before you upgraded your account.
