I had 1 client fill out my form the others were for a test to make sure it was working correctly, now you are asking me to upgrade? Why?

Please take note that the free account can only receive 1 payment submission per month. If you want to increase the payment submission limit, please upgrade your account. You can also wait for the monthly limit reset which happens every first day of the month.
About the Payment Submissions (monthly), this is the number of submissions that have payment integrations on them. You can check this guide on how to create a payment/order form.

Submitting one free registration a month is ridiculous. You should
consider at least 3. Thank You.

Yes, we did change the Payment Submission limit for the Free users. You can now receive up to 3 payment submissions to your account. Also, from now on, only the forms with payment fields will be disabled once you reached the payment submission limit.
