Adding extra text and an image to selector

Hello,

I am making a form for a conference registration. I would like to offer the participants the possibility to choose between four activities that happen at the same time (mutually exclusive choice). Is there a way I can make this selection more fun than a set of radio buttons (add a description and images)?
