Account: Payment limits

    I am a new Jotform user. Is the maximum payment number a new requirement? 


    Does the maximum payment number start over each month OR is that for the life of the account?

    1) The payment limits have recently changed yes.

    Does the maximum payment number start over each month OR is that for the life of the account?

    2) The payment limits reset to zero on the 1st day of each month. If you are over limit you should consider upgrading your account:

    This is a huge problem. 

    We were not informed that our account would be rendered useless with the effect of this change. Other than an email telling us to upgrade our account. Which we knew we didn't need because our needs fit in the FREE account limits. 

    The maximum number of payments is ridiculous. 1 for a Free account is laughable. 10 for the Bronze account does not correlate with your maximum submissions number. How am I suppose to accept 1,000 submissions but only allow for 10 accounts to submit a payment?

    I would ask that my account maximum payments match the maximum submissions, please.

    My organization chose jotform because it suited our needs and is a great program. We would like to keep this program.

    Unfortunately it is not possible to increase your payment limits. The only way to increase them is by upgrading:
