Today I launched on-line ordering through jotforms for trees and I have a customer that ordered 800 red oaks but his confirmation email that he received after placing his order said he ordered 800 Swamp White oaks. Secondly, the email order confirmation that I received from him came in blank???
What's odd though, is that the PDF copy of his order that he received was correct as well as his order on the backend that I view...????
Can you see what's up? He's worried that the order will be wrong and I can't be going through this with the 1,000 orders I expect to receive in the next few weeks....

I checked your form and it seems your autoresponder email content repeats the column of "Swamp White Trees Requested".
Kindly edit the your Autoresponder email content to the proper field names.
For the email notification being blank, I can't seem to replicate the issue.
I was able to receive the fields in my email notification.
