I have had several people notify me that they get an error when submitting their form. It seems to be related to the square payment integration. I don't have conditions active that could cause this. Please help.Page URL:

Can you please give us more information on this?
Does the error occur before the form is submitted (and prevents submission) or after the form is submitted?
Do you know what kind of error are they seeing specifically? (error code, error text, screenshot)

I have cloned your form and tested the square integration over sandbox mode and I was able to successfully submit the form.
Try using sandbox mode to test your form.
The error seems related to decline cards.
