Restored an accidentally deleted form and link doesn't work

I accidentally deleted my form and restored it straight away from the Trash.  However when a recipient clicks the link it says the form can't be found.  I've republished the form and resent the link, but get the same result.

I was able to see it correctly, kindly try clearing your Browser's Cache http://www.refreshyourcache.com/en/home/.
