How can verify conditional emails are sent

My form 52745887899988 has 3 conditional emails. The person receiving these emails has informed me she has not received any since the new year.

I cannot find anything wrong with the conditions.

How can I get information on emails sent to these email address, cac@aac.ca or cacoordinator@aac.ca ?
