Hi! I was going to delete some submissions in order to make more space in our account, but had a question.
There are many submissions with several PDF and other format attachments. These forms are sent to the respective employees, so they all have the data they need. If I delete the submission from my jotform account, does that mean that the links to the attachments will no longer work? For example, I can pull up an old submission from my email, but if that submission has been deleted in jotform, will I no longer be able to see the attachments?
If so, how can I get the attachments to be real attachments, rather than links, or how can I get them to dump somewhere, such as a dropbox?

Yes, It will no longer work because the attachments are link to your account. Thats how the space works in your subscription and that's why we have the dropbox integrations and google drive available for you as a tool to store your files if in case you need a backup and if in case you need to free up your account space.

Okay thanks. I will get dropbox set up then. I also upgraded my account.
