i have tried twice to cancel services. Plz cancel my account which has not been used in 6months. A refund to my account is appreciated

Can you please provide the username of your account. So we can cancel your services, under the email you have provided { Inspiremenaturally@gmail.com } there is only a Guest account.
Please let us know so we can proceed.
