I received some submissions via jotform to my dropbox. I have delete the files from dropbox and the submissions from my jotform account. I have also deleted the submission forms that I created and emptied the trash. However I can still download the files using the submission links on my "Jotform" emails from http://s3.amazonaws.com, How can I completely delete the files from the server?

When you delete your submissions, all files that are there will be also deleted from your account and to our server. Were you still able to access the files from http://s3.amazonaws.com/? I have also experienced this before, I thought the files are still there but after a few minutes, the files are now inaccessible.
Let us know if it still there so we can check.

Thank you for the response. I deleted the submissions and forms yesterday. Yes, I can still download the files from http://s3.amazonaws.com/

Hi, I see that you have deleted everything as you had mentioned but that should have deleted the files and disabled the download from the associated server as well. Currently I cannot seem to trace where you are getting this from unless the link you have mentioned above is the same or do you have another one somewhere else that was saved? Please let us know so that we can further investigate this problem for you.
