We get an IP banned message in the PDF download of our submissions

Hello,

since yesterday we are unable to download the pdf of our submissions, we always get the message "Looks like your IP address has been banned because of a possible phishing attempt. If you believe that there is a mistake, let us know using the form below", no matter the browser used. Also, we are unable to fill in the form.

Can you please look into this?
