i can't open the form in word

I'm not sure that your question is clear enough.

Please tell us whether you are trying to open your form or submissions in Word. 

Unfortunately, that's not possible right now for a form nor submissions. 

We only have an option to export submissions to Excel, CSV and PDF format. Here is a guide:

Also there is an option to convert your form to PDF: How-to-Create-a-PDF-Form

But, if you need your submitions or a form in Word exactly, I'll provide you a workaround:

you can convert your form or submitions to PDF and then use a third-party tool to make it ".doc" type.

You can also "ask Google" for other options for converting PDF to Word.
