    Hi

Is there an app that lets me have visitors upload a file and has them crop it to the correct aspect ratio, which I get to set?

Here is an example of what we need, which is provided here via the Uploadery app in a sample Shopify store: https://shoeworld-4.myshopify.com/products/uploadery

To see how it works for a visitor, go to that page, click the 'Upload Field' button, then select a picture from your computeradd an item to the cart. You (the visitor) will be able to crop or re-size the image to fit the store's designated aspect ratio. When you click the save icon, the image is then displayed on the store's product page. (Of course, for a jotform app, it would be displayed on the jotform).

    Thank you!
    best

    Robert

We currently do not have the field or widget that will allow custom resizing or cropping of the uploaded image in the form at this time.

There were similar submitted feature request ticket about this already. If you like I can also elevate this thread as another feature request ticket so it will be included in the feature requested lists.

The alternative option that usually was suggested was using the Image Upload Preview widget as it has the feature to at least get a preview of the image with a hint to the image dimensions as well.

Let us know how we can be of further assistance.
