I cancelled subscription but I was still charged for this month.

    I have cancelled my membership as I no longer need it. However, I was charged for this month and it has it active until March. I do not need it nor have I used it this month. Please cancel me for this month and reimburse my card for this month.

    Upon your request, I have gone ahead and cancelled your bronze monthly subscription plan. I have also processed the refund for your last subscription payment as well. Please allow 3-7 days for the amount to reflect in your account. 

    Please note that your account is now downgraded to free plan.
