Not receiving submission emails after the form is submitted.

    Hi,

    I use your wonderful website to create enrolment forms for my music students.  

    Unfortunately, a couple of students have told me that they definitely sent in an enrolment form online, however it has not come to my inbox as the other students' forms have.  Can you please check if there is a problem, or something I am missing?

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. 

    With which form you are having this issue with? I did check the notification email alert of your last edited form "Child Student Enrolment Form" and did not find any issue with that. You have configured it correctly and you should receive submission emails without any problem. I also checked our email logs and found the submission emails are being sent successfully. Please check the logs below:

    Have you checked SPAM folder of your email alert already? I would suggest you to please check your SPAM folder and see if the submission emails ended up there.
