I am not sure if I have understood the question correctly. Do you mean to say that you want to display image in the submission PDF?

Please note that you need to add the image in your form by adding "Image" field and then you can show the image in the submission PDF template. Since by default header & image is not being displayed automatically in submission PDF, you need to enable "Show Header & Texts" in submission. Please check the screenshot below on how to add image in form and then display it in submission pdf:

You may like to take a look at the following guide on how to display header, text & image in submission:  https://www.jotform.com/help/305-How-to-Show-Headers-and-Text-in-the-PDF

    Hope this helps.
