How to integrate the jotform to thirdparty application?

I'm using Jot form for my e-commerce website. Current working details is, when user select a product ,it opens the Jot form & user need to keen all the details & checkout they will redirect to paypal login for payment process.
My requirement is after completed the payment , I need to send the user information to a thirdparty application. How can I do this? Is it possible to do from jotform or from the website itself?
