Form Limits: Why are our two accounts on same plan but different form limits applied to them?

    Hi,

    I'm a ICT coordinator in a school and I'm using Jotform a lot.

    I have an account for the kindergarderschool and a onther account for the high school.

    Both have the "Bronze" option.

    Only in one of the account i'm limited to 25 forms, and not in the other?

    How can this be?

    I have see the account "GuyPalinckx" is on Bronze plan and has more than 25 forms. Kindly note that you can not create new forms since when the plan limit was implemented you may have had these forms already. Hence if you try to create new form from this account you will not be able to do so.

    Would you also kindly share the other account username for us to check the status of the account?

    I have seen what you meant and noted that one account has limits on number of forms allowed which is at 25 forms and the other seems not to have this limit though its on same plan with the account. I have escalated the issue to our Level2 team for further analysis and resolution. We will update you on this thread once issue is resolved.

    We are sorry for this inconvenience. 

    Yes this is correct. You are seeing different form count limits on your different accounts. This is because, we started to apply form count limit to all accounts but a specific group of users is subjected to this limit each month. 

    In other words, the form count limit was applied to the account "GuyPalinckx" in this month but the account GuyPalinckxLS" is not subjected limit yet but the limit will be indeed applied to this account as well in the upcoming months. 

    Please do let us know if you need any further clarification from our side.
