How Could I give the user the option to create another collapse section if needed?

    I have a collapse form to fill a theme. What if the user needs to fill more themes with the same form within the same report?

    I suggest you use the Configurable List Widget.

    Here is a DEMO:

    If this doesn't work, you can try and create multiple collapse sections with the same fields.

    They would be hidden at first. Then, you create a drop-down with numbers (i.e. 1 to 5), and depending on the drop-down selection, you show the collapse sections.

    This is not an optimal solution but it is a workaround.
