How to add days and display in the date field?

I am attempting to take the Registration Date and add 60 days to it.  Unfortunately, when I do the Date String calculation it comes out with a day of the week listed as well.  I have tried to convert it back to standard mm/dd/yyyy format, but as you can see in the screen shot, it translates into a bizarre number.

Ultimately I am attempting to take this date and add it to a link in the users email which will expire on the given day.  If there is a better way to to accomplish this, I'm open to other suggestions as well.

If I understand your requirement correctly, you want to add 60 days in the registration date and display in another date field. Is that correct?
