attached file uploads are corrupted after Downloading All Uploads in the submission page

    I checked your mail log and downloaded your zip file. It seems your image uploads is returning an error.

    Here is a screenshot:

    I will forward this to our L2 so they can check it further and we will update you via this thread.

    I am glad to know that your issue is resolved. 

    I am not sure what caused this issue but our backend team has already taken of this issue. Do get back to us if this issue happens again and we will take a look.
