Can I have more than one user on the account with separate access to forms and submissions?

    You can have more than one user under your account by adding them as a Sub user. You can grant them access to different forms.

    Thanks but this doesn’t really answer my question. 

    I don’t want people to share forms.

    we are an educational organisation who stage 3 events, for which people apply using a form. We all use jotform to process applications and it makes sense for us to have one account. But we would all need our own login, own form, and own email address.

    You can have collaborators in your account where multiple team members can simultaneously work on the same form.
