Forms not working in China

    Hi there,

I have same issues with my business partners in China. Some of them (doesn't metter which browser they use) didn't see some fields and some of them are not able to open page section.

I found these problems because in first versions of our forms I used Google reCAPTCHA which is completely blocked (as every Google service) in China and no one can fill the forms.

I hope that you can fix these issues from China, because it is quite frustrating :/

Can we have your website URL/Form URL so we can check it out.

Unfortunately, we cannot control what China's firewall would allow or not allow. As for the moment, Google.com and its API are blocked in China. You can check this link to know what websites are blocked in China. Websites_blocked_in_mainland_China

I know, that you can't control it, but there's no issues with Google API. Yes reCAPCTHE doesnt working there at all, but your standard CAPTCHA working properly.

We're using forms on following links for China's business partners:

    https://www.alzashop.com/factory

    https://www.alzashop.com/catalogue

    https://www.alzashop.com/quotation

    https://www.alzashop.com/samples

Various issues in various forms. I already asked for concrete issues in other threads.

If you need any additional information let me know please.

I have checked your previous threads, and with the issue of infinite widget not working, my colleague has forwarded it to our l2 for further checking https://www.jotform.com/answers/1361535.

My colleague also answered your question on page section not opening https://www.jotform.com/answers/1372819

I checked your link using https://www.greatfirewallofchina.org/

to see if it is blocked in China and it returned accessible.
