Is it necessary to add users as sub-users in order for them to use forms?

    Dear,

It is very confusing to me when your subscription is saying that I have to pay for each user in my organization. Is it demanding pay for each user? In order to use the forms all users have to have access to your website? As only one person will be administrator all employees of my organization should be able to login and use the form? Can you please clarify? As we are looking to purchase the Silver version of your online software.

    Thanks,

    Hugo Pinho

    Users refer to sub-users:

It is not necessary to add an account as a sub-user in order for them to fill out forms.  To use forms, simply provide the form URL and users can fill it out from there.
