Why has our account been suspended?

HI im a real company here in USA Florida. Now I saw today that my account says suspend If I have done something wrong. Would like to know? If able to fix this Please we run a business we all need to eat.

If you have any proof you are supposed to collect such information kindly share with us and we will evaluate and restore your account.

Ok Im a broker for lenders to help ou t clients. But if that is an issue.
Ill go ahead and remove that form. But I have other forms that are not with
banking. So If I remove that form for loans. Can I proceed with the other
forms.
