Submission Limit

Good morning, we have a premium Jotform account and 3 users under the account.

One of our users got a message last week about hitting a 100 submission limit for the month, and we have not encountered this limit before. This user usually has around 200 submissions a month and does not recall getting this message prior to a couple of weeks ago.

Is there a new policy for how many submissions a user is allowed to have for a month? If so, how can we increase the limit?

    Thank you!

The limit has always been 100 submissions for the Free accounts. You can check the limits on our Pricing page

The limits for the Premium accounts are the same as for the Bronze accounts.

Please note that the sub-account user and main account do not share the subscription. You as the main account user can share the form and submissions with the sub-account user.

The account IBCSJeana did reach the from submission limit in January. There are 3 forms that were created in the account IBCSJeana. Considering that the accounts do not share the subscription the limit for the Free account is apply to your sub user account (100 submission per month). Your user should move the form to your main account and you should then share the form.
