Why aren't my notification emails being generated?

    I've set the conditionals in the system to go to 2 recipients but they are not being received. The form in reference is called NEMSA-AHA: Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider Course (Initial). I've tried to test it, but perhaps since I am not submitting payment (the submit button then takes the user to paypal), the submission is not going through. I read on the forum that if payment isn't submitted through Paypal, the submission notification won't be sent, but that isn't the case here. The only way we knew the form had been submitted was because we got the paypal notification of payment. And in the Jotform system, it shows the submission, although no email notification was sent.

    Thank you for contacting us.

    You are right, we do not send Email Notifications for not completed payment submissions.

    However, please note that you can find your test submission under Pending Submissions, and complete that submission manually to test the email delivery. It is safe to complete mentioned pending submission, no payment will be processed.

    Still trying to make sure this is working correctly. Question: if the user submits the form, but doesn't not complete paypal payment, would the email notification be sent but the fields be blank?

    If payment is not completed, no notification email will be sent at all. 

    It will howvever appear in the 'Incomplete Payments' section of your submissions.
