I can see there are multiple forms on your account, may you please share us the form where the issue happened so we can check the integration and see if there is anything causing this?

Also, if you have embedded your form in a web page, please share us that so we can have a look and see if there is anything conflicting between the form's code and the page's code.

We will wait for your response.

Kevin, for some reason the first thread in this series of threads you created for me is not allowing me to access it anymore. Can you please make that one public as well?

Here is the webpage that links to the jotform relevant to this thread: http://tnchinanetwork.org/event/china-supply-chain-management-seminar-nashville/

The Jotform is called China Supply Chain Management Seminar.

I have been testing your form and I can see that the payment integration triggers properly the alert, declined card since I'm using a test payment info when the integration is on live mode.

I also cloned your form and it seems to be working on my end: https://www.jotform.com/80428105320949

It's currently on sandbox mode so it does not charge real cards.

May you please test your form once again?

If the problem persists, may you please provide us a screenshot about it?

Please follow this guide to upload the image (attachments on email responses will not reach this thread): https://www.jotform.com/help/438-How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum

Regarding the original thread you opened, I marked is as public now so you can access it now.
