How to send user to a certain page based on score

I want to set up a form which scores answers

How exactly can I set it up to send them to a specific thank you page based on the score they receive from their answers the give

NOTE> Their score changes depending on the answers they select in the various questions

yes...i already understand how to do what youdescribed but I am not quite sure how to do it based on a CALCULATED score...............

For example.............if someone selects YES as an answer I already know I can send them to a customized page.............but my question relates to creating a form that has multiple questions and each question gets a score based on the answer.

Then all the scores are added up at the end and depending on what that score is (within a certain range) they will be redirected to a specific page

You can use Less than and Greater than on State conditional .

Here is a sample form I created which will function if the Total field is Less Than "500" it will redirect to www.google.com but if it is Greater Than "500" it will redirect to www.jotform.com
