Infusionsoft integraton: Contacts are not creating properly

    Good afternoon,

    Integration with Infusionsoft is completed, but for unknown reason when JotForm is submitted system creates new client into Infusionsoft with unknown name when it's known. Please let me know where is the problem?

    Please create separate fields for First Name and Last Name.

    Your integration fields matching should look something like this.

    I have cloned your form, created separate fields for first name and last name, made a test submission and the name is added correctly.

    Maybe there is any possibility to set up integration by choosing "First Name", "Last Name" in 1 field?

    That might be possible if you use a Custom Field in Infusionsoft for the First name and Last name.

    Make sure the field is of type Text.

    However, I would recommend using the Infusionsoft's default fields for the First Name and Last Name.

    I changed matching fields to "First Name" first name, "Last Name" Last name, but after that system doesn't receive any new leads. Please advise.

    The integration with Infusionsoft is not complete in your form.

    You need to Authenticate.

    Can you please click Edit Integration there and confirm that you are seeing this screen?

    When I checked your form and infusion soft integration:

    But when I tested this on my end I was able to replicate the issue with information not passing through to Infusionsoft.

    I will forward this to our backend team for further checking.

    We have applied a patch and subsequently tested your form. We did not log any error after the said test.

    Can you please check if our recent submission (neil@jotform.com) landed on your InfusionSoft account?
