Hi, I already have a form that exports the data into a PDF format.
What I would like to do is to export the main Excel spreadshit with all informations in Dropbox.
How can I do that??
This is a re-post of a comment on How to Export Form Data to Excel

Thank you for contacting us.
Unfortunately, we do not have the 'Excel Report -> Dropbox' integration. You may download the Excel file from our site and then manually upload it to your Dropbox account.
Please feel free to contact us if you need any further assistance.

Hello mservice. I have now forwarded a feature request for this. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee and predict the timeframe to when this feature can be integrated. Rest assured, as soon this is included in JotForm's features. We'll inform you right away.
In addition, can you provide us more details about this feature that you're looking for? Are you asking for the Excel / CSV report of the total submissions or just for the current submission?

I need the CSV and XLS files dropboxed for each and every App Submission, because I integrate these into my FileMaker Pro database using a filter. (I do not need the total submissions)

Thank you for your response, mservice. I have informed the development team of this detail. But to not let your hopes up high, it may take some time to have this feature included as the developers are pretty busy with other projects that are already in the pipeline.
Rest assured as soon as this feature is up, we'll inform you right away.

We have opened a feature request for this. But, for the time being have you considered using Google Spreadsheets integration? That can actually what you want, but it updates the Google Spreadsheet file which can be downloaded as Excel on request I believe.

I too would really appreciate having a way of integrating form submissions directly to an Excel spreadsheet in Dropbox. The Jotform to Google Spreadsheet works fine, but unfortunately Google Spreadsheet does not have all the powerful functions of Excel that I need to use. Whilst it is possible to download a Google Spreadsheet as Excel, I would have to do this every time there is a new form submission, which is not at all practical (especially since I would also need to re-setup the custom formulas back into the Excel spreadsheet each time).

I know its too late but as I stumbled to this thread, I'm happy to inform you that this is now possible using a third party app for jotform. try Excel2Dropbox application this might give you what you need :)

Kenneth! this is perfect. Will this be published live somewhere or will we have to use this external link

This thread is a bit old. You have two options. You may use this link to export your submissions to dropbox. The other method is through the submission page
Select the option SEND SUBMISSION TO DROPBOX will export your submission to your dropbox.
Please let us know if this helps.

I have used the integration features it mentioned. However it doesn't actually update the file when I submit a new form on dropbox? Why is this?

I'm not sure if there a time to send the Excel file to Dropbox, or update it with the new data, but I would like to suggest you to use our Dropbox integration instead, you will get your submissions data instantly, refer to this guide to integrate your form with Dropbox :
Hope that helps.
