Weebly: Why am I unable to add my form using the JotForm app on Weebly?

Trying to connect. It says connected but keeps making me connect again. Cannot use.

May you please provide us more details about the issue you'r facing? 

As far as I know, we do not have a direct integration with Weebly, are you using any third party app or are you referring to a different one? 

It would be helpful if you may share us the form and some screenshots about the problem.

Thanks for your response. Weird as it seems that Weebly thinks you have an app there. I can still just embed the code.

Ok, thank you for the additional details.

We have indeed an app for Weebly, but it actually embeds a form in a Weebly page instead or performing some sort of integration. 

I have now tested the app and I'm able to add any of my forms to a Weebly page, here is an example: 

I would recommend you to clear your browsers cache: https://kb.iu.edu/d/ahic 

Then you may log into your Weebly account and go to this link https://www.weebly.com/app-center/jotform, once you add the app to your Weebly account you should be asked to link your JotForm account, if you're logged from JotForm you will get a login page so you can authenticate and allow access to the app. 

This may be a cache issue that does not allow you to continue to the build section of the app. You may also follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/359-Adding-a-form-to-your-Weebly-website
